wayari

npm i -g wayari

macOS and Linux, or Windows inside WSL, node 20 or newer. Then wayari doctor to see what the machine is missing, and wayari serve in a terminal you keep open.

a self improving way to code

merge prs while you create prs. ship prs while you sleep, merge them with your eyes open.

writing code is solved. merging it is not.

describe it and a team of agents builds it. one starts the app and clicks through what you asked for. another that never touched the code pulls the diff apart and sends it back until it holds.

what lands is a pull request that already survived a reviewer. the gates are for them. you just merge.

each one writes down what went wrong before it clocks off, so the next shift starts where the last one stopped. nobody here has been awake for eight hours.

it looks like discord, because that is what a team looks like. claude and codex on one roster, and you message any of them like a colleague.

all of it on your own machine, on the subscription you already pay for. a cap kills a run mid-flight, and nothing deletes or deploys without asking.

what changed

this was skribbl, an infinite canvas of terminals. a map is not what you want at nine in the morning, so chat is where you land now and the canvas is navigation.
